Former President and CEO of Movaris

Eric Keller is the former President and CEO of Movaris, a software company that automates and unifies the financial close, SOX compliance, and financial reporting processes. In 2008, Movaris was acquired by TrinTech Group, a leading provider of integrated financial governance, transaction risk management, and compliance solutions. Mr. Keller brings more than 20 years of experience as a financial executive in high-growth technology companies and has worked with companies in capital goods, services and health care. His business background encompasses corporate and international finance, public offerings, acquisitions, intellectual property licensing and financial information systems.

Throughout his career, Keller has built strong finance functions to support rapidly expanding technology companies and has completed more than $400 million of private and public financings. He has extensive experience in corporate compliance with government agencies including the SEC and the FDA, and served as chairman of the board of Marimba Inc. prior to BMC Software’s acquisition of Marimba in 2004. Keller’s CFO experience includes Aspect Communications, Corio Inc., Dionex Corporation, and Ventritex Inc.
