Shutterfly Foundation
Our Vision
Make the world a better place by helping people share life’s joy. This inspired us to create Shutterfly Foundation whose mission is to help organizations, institutions and communities harness the power of sharing motivational stories.
Foundation Overview
The Shutterfly Foundation was launched with an initial contribution of stock from the Shutterfly IPO in September 2006 and is run by a team of employee volunteers. The Shutterfly Foundation strengthens the connection to our local communities through grant donations and organizational assistance.
Applicant organizations must be tax-exempt under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
Grant Programs

In September 2011, Shutterfly Foundation awarded 10, $10,000 grants for the general operating and program support to organizations that support the Shutterfly Foundation vision.
