Customer Service Representative Shutterfly is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide customer service and technical support via telephone and email for general, technical, and administrative inquiries. Recently included on the Inc 500 list of fastest growing private companies, Shutterfly is the leader in the emerging market of online photos and photo gift products, offering customers a chance to do more with their digital pictures. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. This position will be located at one of our production facilities. In addition to handling incoming customer contacts, this position will assist our production staff in troubleshooting and correcting customer-affecting production issues. Duties may also include administrative tasks, such as handling returned mail, processing customer returns, and uploading customer images. Previous CS experience (including call center experience or training), clear and concise writing skills, and typing proficiency are required. Basic Internet and/or e-commerce experience and knowledge of various operating systems and browsers also required. Basic photographic or imaging experience recommended. The position reports to the production facility’s Customer Service Supervisor. We’re looking for people who demonstrate a positive attitude and a dedication to providing world-class customer service.
