PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS
You will oversee the production flow, temporary labor, overall quality, merchandizing and packaging of the daily operation of the manufacturing production lab. Specific duties include ensuring our shift production activities are complete and meet our quality standards; ensuring the staffing requirements for shifts are met, metrics and kept and measured, ensuring our health, safety and OSHA programs are adhered. You must be able to multi-task while being efficient and accurate. You must have worked in a high volume manufacturing environment interfacing with a large diverse temporary work force, be detailed orientated, have good communication and reporting skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a job that takes high energy and quick flexibility to be able to adjust workflow as needed. Digital Press, Bindery or Photofinishing a plus.

TEAM LEADS
You will lead or coordinate a team of temporaries in the areas of printing, finishing, press processes, packaging, framing, and other merchandising areas. You must have experience in a high volume repetitive manufacturing environment; you must be detailed orientated, have the ability to work in a fast pace while standing for 8 hours; must be able to communicate English verbally and in writing, have good communication with others and detailed reporting skills. Must be able to lift 25 – 30 lbs, and to crouch, reach, bend and do repetitive actions with hands and arms. Knowledge of bindery and photofinishing operations good, Digital Press experience is a plus

PRESS OPERATORS
Experience with high volume repetitive manufacturing, detailed orientated, good record keeping, ability to work at fast pace while standing, must be able to communicate in English, needs to be dependable, reliable and have a good work ethic. You must be able to work in a high volume repetitive manufacturing environment; you must be detailed orientated, have the ability to work in a fast pace while standing for 8 hours. You will need the background of running and maintaining high end equipment or presses along with some computer experience. Ability to lift 25 – 30 lbs, and mobility to crouch, reach, bend and do repetitive actions with hands, arms. Knowledge of digital presses or copiers a plus.

MECHANICAL OPERATORS (SMO)
Experienced with a mechanical background and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues, analytical insight for problem solving, detailed orientated, good dexterity, ability to work at fast pace while standing, must be able to communicate in English, needs to be dependable, reliable . You must be able to work in a high volume repetitive manufacturing environment; you must be detailed orientated, have the ability to work in a fast pace. You will need the background of maintaining high end equipment or presses along with some computer experience. Ability to lift 25 – 30 lbs, and mobility to crouch, reach, bend and do repetitive actions with hands, arms. Knowledge of digital presses or copiers a plus.

TECHNICAL TRAINERS - MANUFACTURING
These trainers will be assist in the planning of course design and support documentation for the lab – some of these courses to be designed are Start up & Shut down Equipment Operation; Quality Control Procedures; Health & Safety Procedures; Inspection for product and materials and Scheduled Preventative & Regular Maintenance.The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Other desirable skills are Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experienced with and able to deliver hands-on training in a manufacturing environment. Have a good understanding of workflow management. Experienced with training and directing the activities of large groups of temporary employees on many different types of equipment. Deliver standardized content to multiple working shifts in a fast-paced environment. Able to quickly learn required information and manage the delivery pace based on the level of the audience. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Must be able to clearly communicate and instruct on multiple equipment operational and maintenance procedures, to an audience with different aptitudes, using multiple delivery methods.
