Product Marketing Manager – e-Commerce
As a Product Marketing Manager for Shutterfly’s e-Commerce group, you will be responsible for driving site innovation and growth at a fun, fast-growing web-based social expression and personal publishing company. The e-Commerce group is part of an extended Product Marketing team at Shutterfly and is responsible for a number of strategic areas including search, shopping experiences, merchandising, and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Own key business and product metrics and drive major improvements through optimization, new products and product marketing.
- Build strategic roadmaps to support Shutterfly’s short and long term goals and objectives.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis.
- Define feature set and priorities for Shutterfly site and product offerings, and translate customer and market needs into product requirements documents.
- Marketing and Insights to design, build and deliver high quality products on schedule.
- Serve as product champion for new and existing products.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management or product marketing experience.
- Knowledge of the eCommerce space and web technologies with a demonstrated track record of strong execution.
- Understanding of search, internet, or online advertising markets.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment.
- MBA a plus.
