Disappointing Baby Announcements
Unfortunately, I am not happy with the baby announcements I recently ordered. I called Shutterfly after receiving the first order because my son's hair was red in the picture, rather than brown. The customer service group was very nice and let me order another batch, free. However, the second batch had exactly the same problem. I didn't want to go through the hassle of uploading more photos and doing the announcements all over again, so I am stuck with a batch of announcements that are extremely disappointing. And the order was quite expensive.
