Shutterfly made it right!!
I have placed multiple orders with Shutterfly without ever experiencing any challenges or poor quality of work. This particular order was for my sons’ 1st birthday party invitations.... Unfortunately when I received my order, there was a vertical red line thru every card, on my sons’ photo. I was really bummed, bc time did not allow for me to 'request a reprint' since apparently their printer left the red line on the photo.... However, I still give this product 5 stars bc it's an awesome card made with great quality paper/envelopes. AND when I called customer service to share my disappointment of the red line, the associate gave me a full refund/credit for my order. It was such a generous response to my calm complaint, thank you Shutterfly!!

photo cards
The photo cards I ordered did not turn out good, the picture of the kids faces were all blotchy and just did not look good, and this was a picture that I have had printed before and was fine then, not sure what went wrong, everything else I have ordered from shutterfly has been great.

Always meets my expectation
These cards are so easy to make. Shutterfly takes you through step by step, anyone can do it. Beautiful color and nice thick cardstock. I will be back for more.

Love it!
I used shutterfly to send cards out to family in other states with my sons picture. The product was amazing and FREE! I only paid for shipping. Now shutterfly sends me free coupons ALL the time. No complaints here!
