Several of my announcements had a pink line running through them, right through the face of my daughter. Sadly I did not notice this before I sent them out as I was quickly stuffing them into my envelopes. However, MANY people who have received the annoucments have let me know this and a few of the extras I have have the line in them.
I have done many projects with shutterfly and have always been pleased and always recommended you to others, however this poor quality this time is MOST disappointing and shocking.
I wanted to let you know as clearly the annoucements were NOT cheap.
I have already ordered my Christmas cards through shutterfly and will have to look through the 70+ cards before mailing them. Something I never would have considered necessary to do before.
