Mixed Feelings The item ordered (a greeting card) arrived as expected/designed with satisfactory quality. However, shipping costs in general are exorbitant and often do not make ordering from Shutterfly worthwhile. Even if deals are being offered, the incredibly high shipping costs offset any deal. folded card The image was more washed out than the previous time I ordered the same thing. Maybe the machine needed new chemicals? Inks? Generally I am pleased with these cards, but now and then one or more is more faded than usual. April 22, 2013

Not sure about the blurred edge Received my 10 blurred-edge cards as scheduled. The card quality is very good, the printing and color are very nice, but I don't really care for the blurred style. However, I chose it so I'll have to use it. So be it. Thanks for good service. April 21, 2013
