photo quality I was very unhappy with my recent shutterfly puchase of Christmas cards and prints. The color of the photos was not what appeared on the website when I placed the order. Two out of three photos on the front of my Christmas card were so yellow that it almost looked like my children were sick. And since I received my cards so close to Christmas I had to reorder cards from another retailer instead. I have returned most of my order and I am insure if I will be ordering again. Christmas card Unfortunately I tried to enhance the color of our photograph & the faces of all our children were very red. They didn't appear that red on the computer so we were disappointed with the cards. I even removed the color enhancing but the new cards we ordered were too red as well. December 26, 2012
Quick & Easy This is my third year using Shutterfly for my holiday cards and I am very pleased. I found the process very easy and was pleasantly surprised how quickly my order delivered. The cards look great! December 11, 2012
Cute card but... This is my fourth year using Shutterfly for my holiday cards. I'm usually 110% satisfied, but this design fell short. I loved the layout options for the 5 x 7 greeting card (cover photo, inside photo, text box for short holiday letter, and bonus photos on the back.) The main drawback to this design is the quality of the cover photo. I used a color photo and the result was a greenish, washed out effect. This flaw must be due to the printing process because the online proof was flawless. I guess you'll achieve the best results if you use a black & white photo for the cover like they did in the design sample. December 8, 2012

Very nice! The quality of the card is great, very thick and the envelopes were nice. The colors of the photo are vibrant. The only reason I did not give 5 starts is that the black border around the photo was uneven. Other than that they were perfect!!! December 28, 2012
Always excited! The only company we have used for Mass cards. This year we got things done early and addressed things ourselves and things worked out excellent. Last year we had addresses printed on envelopes and we did have some issues. Shutterfly though is always willing to work with you on any mistakes. We will continue to use shutterfly. Bright Merry Wishes Card Thank you Shutterfly for always having just the perfect card! I have made several cards for family and friends over the past several years and am always "wow'ed" by the finished product. This year I chose the Bright Merry Wishes Holiday Card for my friends from work to commemorate the annual girls night out. The comments I heard made me feel great about my choice: "This card looks like it was professionally done", "WOW, what a beautiful card!", and "I am going to use Shutterfly the next time I send cards!" Can't wait until the Christmas pictures get turned into beautiful New Year's cards (another one of my yearly traditions). It is a beautiful way to celebrate and remember Happy Memories! Nice card, poor printing The first batch of cards I received had black lines going across the front and back of the card. I called immediately and they replaced the order. I would say more care needs to be taken to verify a product prior to being sent to the consumer. Otherwise I'm happy with the result and the card was very nice. December 14, 2012

Merry Not happy at all! I have used the best quality pictures with highest resolution and cards did not come out anything as I would expect. Next time I will go with the regular photo cards. Stay away December 12, 2012
