Wish they offered a courtesy

poor print quality
The print quality of all the images on the front, inside, and back of the cards was incredibly poor and, I believe, below the Shutterfly standard. There just weren't enough pixels and the images looked grainy. We had the same images, larger sized, printed on photo paper and the resolution was leaps and bounds better. These cards looked like card stock I'd printed on with my own printer. We returned all 130. Very disappointed. Mixbook printed almost an identical card on the same weight cardstock and the images were similar to those printed by shutterfly on their photo paper.

Very appropriate

Great Card - Great Service
This is my third year with Shutterfly and I have nothing but the best in praise for the quality of the cards. I am also amazed at the turnaround time - I had my cards in hand less than a week after I sent in the order. The quality is fabulous, the printing is clear and the photos look stunning!

Bah Humbug
Just received my order for 85 HAPPY HOLIDAYS greeting cards today and I am terrible disappointed. Allthough the photo colors are bright and the details are clear, several of the cards in each pack have dents in their bottom corners and the bottom card in each stack has scuff marks on the back, apparently from a trip down the conveyor belt. In addition, the card stock folded poorly, creating white breakthrough wrinkles at the top of the card which are quite noticeable as I selected a style with a brown frame around the edge of the card.
Although I am a repeat Shutterfly customer, this will be my last card order from this company.

Holiday Cards
This was the first time I ordered Christmas cards thru Shutterfly - and it won't be the last. They came out great! The quality is excellent and I received them so quickly. I'm tempted to mail them now instead of waiting till December because I can't wait for eveyrone to see them.

Holiday card
I absolutely love my holiday card. The customer service rep spent 1 hour with me on the phone helping me to get my family of 11
into the slot of the card.
He was kind and patient and his help was so very much appreciated. I will definitely use this site again.

Disappointed with this product
I liked the way this card looked online but when I received it I was disappointed. The photo quality is "grainy" and not nearly as crisp as it would be if it was printed on photo paper. This is the last time I will purchase a product on matte finish card stock. The photo on the back turns out to be too tiny to see very well, so it's not really worth even having the option to put a photo or caption on the back because it looks a bit awkward.

Great cards
We always do photo Christmas cards. This was my first time ordering on line and using Shutterfly. I will be a repeat customer and can't wait to try some other products. I was afraid the cards might be flimsy photo paper, but they were nice card stock. The turn around time was excellent!

holiday card 2012
The cardstock is very nice quality. The design is cool. The picture looks ok. I've noticed every time I use Shutterfly for anything - the reds and pinks always look way oversaturated. it almost looks like it's bleeding around the edges. I love Shutterfly for so many reasons and use it a lot - but I need to stop using it if the reds and pinks keep looking so crazy. The same picture looks every different when I print it somewhere else. If you can get the reds/pinks figured out - I think Shutterfly is great!
