Shutterfly
I have enjoyed using Shutterfly for many years now. The constant changes they introduce only make digital scrap booking more fun and exciting. If errors occur during checkout, Shutterfly has always made it right. I will continue using Shutterfly for a long time to come.

Great Product, Great Customer Service
This year was my second time in a row to order Christmas cards from Shutterfly. Before last year, I've tried a number of online vendors to order greeting cards and other photo products. From the quality of the paper to the finish, the color, the flexibility to customize the card, the choices of fonts, the ease of using the customization tool online. the speed of delivery, I found Shutterfly provides the best experience I had in similar products.
And the customer service is so friendly and helpful. When I found a problem in my order (my fault really), I called the customer service, the rep got right into it and helped me to fix the problem right away. There was no transfer between departments or any delay to the solution.
The only suggestion I have is that I wish Shutterfly would also provide fonts for foreign languages.

5th yr in a row of great cards
Each year that goes by the choices and options for Cards and Photo books have greatly enhanced what I can create. This is our 5th year with the Christmas cards and have created 4 large 40-80+ page photo books -- I am always extremely happy with the results. I always receive compliments on the cards we send. People are amazed at the books we have created at Shutterfly. Heck, I am amazed at the books I have created!

disappointed
I love the design of the cards, it was more of a card material, where I thought it would be picture material. but the color didn't turn out. My pictures looked green, and a little fuzzy too. disappointed.

Beautiful card
Absolutely loved this Christmas card. It turned out to be even prettier when printed. The photo card is a thicker weight than I expected which made it look even more elegant. Quick turn around time which was great.

Slightly disappointed
Just received my cards. I didn't realize that they would be on card stock. The colors were brilliant on my pc and a little flat on the card. My kids looked a little washed out. I wish they were printed on photo paper instead. I used Shutterfly for my kids birth announcements and loved them. Now I am a little hesitant to use them again.
