Excellent quality says it all
10 years ago the women in my family would quietly turn over a card after receiving and reading the contents, to note the printer mark. The sender may not have the funds to purchase a gift but it was always important to send a good quality card. Like the commercial said "you care enough to send the very best". I find that shutterfly has now taken over that particular market. I have tried other on line & local card printers but always come back to shutterfly. I may pay a little more or I may have to wait for a good sale but the "shutterfly" insignia on the back of my card says I cared enough to design my own card and to send the very best. I have been with your company for many years, you have most of my photos on file, and I find your sight easy to operate. But mostly I appreciate the hidden message, "you are very important to me"

Sending personal cards is something I love to do and Shutterfly makes that possible for me. The greeting cards one finds in a store lack that personal touch, are extremely expensive, and may not have that quality appeal. Shutterfly has a huge selection of creative options to choose from and are so easy to use. They use excellent paper stock and their photo reproductions are sharp and beautiful. What I like most is their fast service and sensible prices. It is a good day when one of their bright orange packages arrives in my mailbox!

Christmas Card 2013
I love using Shutterfly to create projects with my photos! The programs are very user-friendly. The finished products use high-quality paper and the colors are the same as my original photos.
Since I had some nice shots of a fresh snowfall, I decided to create my Christmas cards early! I also made three different photobooks which I gave as Christmas presents. They made great gifts and were so much fun to create!

great product, what a process :(
I love my cards! They are super cute and the colors printed true to screen which was a concern of mine with the red of the card and the red of their outfits. I am trilled with them!
On the other hand, the process of "sharing" an album to get the images was super buggy. After my friend shared the album, it took 8 tries to get it to load into the card pictures. I almost gave up and that is sad because the product is so great.

Great product as usual
Just received my order....cards that I made to use to send notes to my Mom who is in a nursing home....she loves receiving them...they really brighten her day.
I never cease to be happy about the quality of what I order and the pride that Shutterfly has in what they produce. It's excellent all the time!

Beyond Expectations!
Ok, so we overlooked getting Christmas cards until the last minute. Little did we know that Shutterfly would prove to be the best answer to our plea for help. The ease of creating the cards on line and even editing the card was incredible. But the best was after the order was placed. The cards arrived a full two days earlier than expected and were outstanding. The color, layout, print everything was excellant! As a PS, we came up short and needed another 25 cards, which Shutterfly delivered again beating their promise date. Great product, fair price and outstanding customer service! Keep up the great work!

Christmas Card 2012
This was my first time using Shutterfly and it was a great experience. Each year I create my own Christmas card with watercolor. I have used many other services in the past. This was the easiest and most efficient -- and the cards came out the best of the five years I have been doing this. The card stock and envelopes were a good quality as well. I wish I would have used Shutterfly sooner. Thanks for a great product.

great, sturdy card
This card is sturdy and seems to be of good quality. It allows you to add a main (front) picture, 2 more on the inside, and one on the back. I had only planned for 1 picture, so I left the other spots empty, but I wish I had realized it sooner so I could have found additional photos to add for the same price.

Christmas cards
This is the second year that we have used Shutterfly for our personlized Christmas Cards. We have loved the cards and our friends and family have too!! The finished product looks more like a real card and the envelopes are a nice quality.
Plus, It is so easy to create the cards!!
The ship time was amazingly quick!!

Christmas card
The quality was good and they arrived promptly. I do have a suggestion that could make the cards more personalized. I would like the ability to "customize" the cover and/or insides as we are able to do in the new photo books. It is often hard to find a layout that exactly fits the pictures planned for use.

I wouldn't choose any other!
Every year, I order our Christmas cards from Shutterfly. The quality of the pictures and of the paper (we use cardstock) is beautiful, and we feel very pleased when we put them in the mail and when our friends let us know how much they liked them.
This year, I made a very bad mistake on the card that was sent in. Received my cards within a week, opened them and found I had put the wrong birthdate for our new twin grandbabies. Also used their nicknames instead of their given names... Needless to say, I was horrified to the point of feeling ill.
Before I attempted to "fix" the problems by putting labels over them (which would have looked tacky at best), I called Shutterfly Customer Service. Practically in tears, I explained my problem and asked if one of their staff could tell me the best thing to do. After being on hold for 2-3 minutes, she came back and said, "We are going to credit your VISA for the cards that you have and as soon as you correct the mistakes and send us the new copy, we will send you the new ones by Free Priority Mail. Merry Christmas!"
I have rarely, if ever, received such service!! It was the biggest Christmas gift we will receive this year for sure!

A Classic Card Indeed
We selected a horizontal format to match our photo, and there were many good choices available. Color selection, design tips, copy and layout could not have been easier. Cards were shipped promptly and arrived in great shape. A thoroughly positive experience!

Excellent as Expected
I'd been using Kodak forever and was a bit surprised when I logged in and discovered that it had become Shutterfly. However, I'd heard nothing but good things about Shutterfly, so I had pretty high expectations.
And I was not disappointed. The prices were fair - even better than Kodak - and I have to say that the quality of the paper used seems to have improved greatly as well. The system was easy to navigate and to use, and I had great fun putting together my card.
But, best of all, the turn around and delivery was extremely prompt. (Now if only I could get myself in gear to be as prompt on actually mailing my cards...)
All around, excellent!
