Disappointed by actual prints
This is a beautiful card on screen, but the colors of actual prints were disappointing. Instead of sharp, strong black that we expected, the background color was grey-black. This seems to be a result of the printing process as the blacks in my personal photos were not black either. The graphic design of the card is beautiful otherwise.
