Simplicity at its best Shutterfly can be used by anyone from the least techy person to the professional geek. It is wonderful to have a place to store pictures worry free. Creating the scrapbooks (no mess) is great especially with the way the embellishments are sorted and easy to locate. It may seem overwhelming in the beginning but it is so easy to catch on that it is soon forgotten. November 7, 2012

Replacement/lost order For the very first time I decided to make specialized Christmas cards via Shutterfly. Shutterfly shipped my order via FedEx, however, FedEX lost my order. I contacted customer service and told them what had happened and they replaced my order at no cost the very same day. I am very impressed with their Customer Service Department. There's not a lot of businesses these days that are "customer service" oriented, but Shutterfly is one. FedEx located my original order and I notified Shutterfly. They told me to keep it at no charge and to consider it a gift to me. I am a very satisfied customer. October 24, 2012
