Nice Design, just wish for more customization options
We liked the design for this card, but as the person who put it together, I would have liked more design options/features for fonts, sizing, colors, type space/availability to really customize this card. Or perhaps a new category for businesses. I used this design for our company holiday card, and it was difficult to fit our company name into the space allotted on the front. The final product was nice, but our company name on the front was a little hard to read.

beautiful card
We were really happy with this card, especially the quality of the paper. Often we've been disappointed with other photo cards that were more like photo paper. This was nice, thick card-stock type paper. The interface was easy to use to set up the card, with ample choices.
My only complaint is that it required that a single last name be entered so that it could say from "The Joneses" (or whatever). As a family without one common last name that does not work for us. I tried to just leave it out but no dice on all the designs we liked. Finally had to trick it by just putting in some different text there.

Joy card
Whilst this is a beautiful card, and Shutterfly did an excellent job, I do have one complaint. In the middle of the letter "O" in "JOY" where the names are printed, you cannot see our names. ;0( Granted, our Christmas tree is in the back ground. But upon previewing the card on your site, we could see the names. When we got them in print, you could not. The service was prompt and the coupon made it affordable. We will definitely use Shutterfly again, just wish our names could be seen. Many recipients of our card wanted to know why our names were not on it. ;0(

No Joy
I was a little disappointed when I received these Christmas cards in the mail just bc the font with our family name and our names was too small and not really visible. It didn't look that bad on my computer but on the actual card I Was really disappointed I just kept the cards because it Was 2 weeks before Christmas they came in, but it being my daughters first Christmas I would have really wanted the names visible. But it is what it is. It's a cute card but the smaller font really messes uP the whole card so I wouldn't recommend it.

christmas card
I love my christmas card. I ordered on Dec 2 and was delivered on the 6th, but I never got the orange packard. I called Shutterfly on the 11th and when I got home on the 13th the new order was on my door step. I have been a customer for 5 years and I think your company went out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you very much and I'll tell everyone what a great company you are.

The Perfect Card
I loved the picture that could fill the whole page with the "JOY" in front of it. The cardstock was good quality and this has been my favorite card to send to loved ones!

Disappointed
As a repeat customer, I automatically went to Shutterfly for this year's holiday cards. When I received my order I was disappointed with the print quality. The image was a bit fuzzy and the color off. Shutterfly quickly reprinted and the reprints were worse then the originals. Am returning and will reorder elsewhere. Will be cautious ordering in the future.

We just got our Christmas cards in the mail, and we just love them! The colors are so bright and clear, and the paper is great quality. I only with we could choose to not have the Shutterfly logo so big on the back.

Joy
My husband and I chose these cards for our first Christmas as a married couple. We love the quality and options available. The only thing we might wish to change is the ability to add or remove "family". As we are currently a family of two, we would have loved to simply have put our last name, i.e. "The LastName's" v.s. "The LastName family".

Happy in Card
Love the way our 2012 Christmas card turned out! We did a black and white family shot - it contrasts perfectly with the red lettering. Quality is exceptional. Love the ability to put another photo of the kids on the back. Might be my most favorite Christmas card we have done in all our years!

Not so good in black and white
I was not too happy with the quality of this card. I did not like they way the picture came out while using a black and white photo. With that said, I contacted Shutterfly with my concerns and without hesitation my account was immediately credited. The representative explained that the black and white selection for this particular card may not be the best to use. She suggested to try it in color. I reordered my card (same card different design ) and chose a color photo instead. I received my new order in 2 days ! And they were beautiful. Thank you Shutterfly. I give you 5 stars for excellent service.

poor colour
the colour of the photo on the front of the cards we ordered was poor -- made my husband and i look like we had orange hair (which we do not) the rest of the card looked great -- but at first glance the colour is horrible

Greeting cards
I was exceptionally pleased with the quality of the Christmas cards we recieved. The process to design and build our cards was relatively easy once you went through the process. However, on my second re- design, the mailing labels somehow defaulted to a design that I didn't want (using my name and not including my wife's as well). I didn't catch this error until it was too late. Lesson learned - pay strict attention to the final review of the products ordered. Otherwise it was a very good product at a slightly higher than average price (because of having to pay for labels that were not what I wanted)

Cost, promos
Like your company but tired of having to plan orders around sales.if I have to pay full price I use apple who I feel has better quality but expensive. Unless your product is on sale ( which is often) the value is not there, so I revert to apple. When I want something right away I use Apple. When I can wait, I use a shutterfly. Often to eager to wait
