Great cards
Got these cards as a free bonus and coudn't be happier with them even if I had paid full price. They are made of great quality material and the print quality is amazing! It is easy to do, and very reasonable. I chose our pictures, then wrote our Christmas letter on the back. Killed 2 birds with 1 stone!!

Declining Quality
This is the 3rd year Shutterfly was the vendor we used to make our holiday cards. Each year the quality has declined. In fact the first card we created and received this year, was so poor, pictures fuzzy, that I called and was given full credit to replace them. I will say the customer service was excellent. The customer service department politely listened to my complaint and never questioned my complaint and immediately issued a full credit including free shipping on a replacement order. I went back and rechecked the size of the jpg files that were submitted and they were large files similar to those I used a couple of years ago, but the end product was poor. Suggest never using thumbnail size photos and use cards having larger, but fewer pictures. One of their agents also told me to use glossy cards if available and to stay away from "card stock" cards to obtain higher quality.

Christmas Cards 2012
The cards turned out very nice and are a good quality. The paper is very thick. Love that I can write a synopsis of the year. The small pictures will look best with one person instead of a group, so keep that in mind when selecting those. Great job and arrived in a couple days.

Larger photos look ok, but the smaller ones are not sharp. Should have gotten a card with only one or two photos.

The cards were pretty decent quality, but the photos came out a bit orange. Luckily I only paid shipping because I used My Coke Rewards points, or I would have been pretty upset.

SHUTTERFLY IS AWESOME!!!
My very first project was not what I expected and I was not sure that I would use them again. However, they made it good .... worked with me and I have NOT been disappointed since!
Six years later, I continue to be amazed at every project I receive. That orange box on my porch when I get home always puts a smile on my face! THANK YOU SHUTTERFLY!

Very Disappointed
I recently ordered a bunch of pictures (262 to be exact) and only about 5 xmas cards because they were super expensive. Regretfully I have to say that I was very disappointed with the quality of the finished product over all. The picture's quality was not good at all and everything was very expensive. With Kodak Gallery I didn't have to have a "pre paid plan" to get my pictures at 9 cents each and I'm very disappointed with everything. Don't think I will be ordering anything again. Sorry.

Best Christmas Cards Yet!
We ordered the heartfelt blessings Christmas cards, envelopes and labels. They arrived super quick, and were the best ones we have ordered yet. We have used Shutterfly for our Christmas cards for about 3 years now and very pleased with the accuracy and quality!
