Disappointed
While the card stock was exceptional quality, the rest of the photo card was very disappointing. My picture shows clear when I print it and displayed on my computer screen, however the product delivered was foggy and un-focused. I did use a Shutterfly enhancement to the photo but the result looked really, really bad.

Loved this Christmas card!
I always use Shutterfly, but it still impressed me how terrific the quality was on this card! I loved the thicker paper that was used and the crispness of the picture! I was also thrilled how quickly my little orange package arrived! The size was 5x5 and Shutterfly warned me before I purchased that there may be additional postage. There was 20 cents added to each card to mail, but I didn't mind - however, next time I'll believe them and will probably go with a different size.

I have used Shutterfly for many years for cards, photobooks, etc. And this year is my favorite card yet. It was exactly as I hoped it would be. Thanks for another great product!

Shutterfly really goes the distance with their customers
I have placed a few orders with Shutterfly over the past couple of years and have always been satisfied. Just recently my holiday cards arrived and I wasn't happy with the prints (my added effects.) After talking with a Shutterfly representative they replaced my entire order at no additional cost to me, and had it shipped 2-day at no additional cost to me. They were very helpful and had the "customer is always right" mentality. I will continue to do business with Shutterfly!

Great Christmas Card++++
I ordered my christmas cards from Shutterfly this year for the first time. I love them! They have great choices, great prices and GREAT service. I ordered them on a Monday and got them on Thursday...all 200 of them!
They were SO great that i then ordered my Sister (who isn't good at this kind of stuff) her cards for her family! She LOVES them too. She also got hers in 5 days.
The quality of the cards is great, the photos look amazing and I can't wait to send them.
The only negative is that, in my opinion, the Shutterfly logo on the back of my card is too big and prominent, and I do not feel it is necessary. I covered it up with decorative tape which doesn't look perfect with my card but looks better than the Shutterfly logo.
I also have a website with Shutterfly for sharing photos and I order AT LEAST one photo book a year ( the last event- a family vacation- I ordered 9 books for my family). They are always great.
The service I've received from Shutterfly has been terrific too. On the photo book order there was a mistaken address and Shutterfly took care of it IMMEDIATELY and sent the book 2 day delivery to my sister. I didn't even have to ask them. They are polite and go above and beyond, and their products are GREAT.

Somewhat disappointed
I was not happy with the clarity of the photo or the color. Both looked fine online when I ordered the cards. I chose shutterfly because it was cheaper than tinyprints and now I see why it was cheaper. Not the same quality.

Great card, fabulous service
We loved this card, especially all the options for the back. Only downside was that my head was chopped off a bit at the top, which I couldn't remedy. Got my cards sent to me within a week - fabulous service as usual!

Merry Filled Wishes Christmas Card
I really enjoyed the simplicity of this card, which worked well with the picture I chose to use. I decided the cost-which was more than I've spent on Christmas cards in the past 5 years- was worth it. However, when I received the cards, the picture is grainy ( it looked clear on the preview before I purchased) and I was really disappointed.
I've always been really happy with the products I've created using Shutterfly (photo books, calendars, etc.) but this card quality really let me down. I was sorry I spent the money.

Nice card. We chose the red, and it was perfect. The matte finish was lovely, and the card turned out great.

I absolutely love my Christmas cards! I loved the design when I saw it on the site and it's even better in person. The quality of the card is really good and I can't wait to mail them out.

Xmas card
Half of my cards have the Merry Christmas cut off a bit at the top, like they weren't centered correctly when they were cut. This is the first time I was not completely satisfied with Shutterfly.

Christmas card
I am disappointed in Shutterfly as I paid to have my cards overnighted to me so I would have them in time for Christmas. I had called and was promised they would be sent that following day but they weren't . I did not receive the cards until the day after Christmas which it pretty embarrassing to have to send your cards out after the holiday. They did refund me some money but not for the complete order or the shipping.

"Peace" holiday card
The card design itself is beautiful, but for the first time Shutterfly really messed up the photo quality. When I received my cards in the mail, the color tone and saturation in the card was awful, nothing like how the photo appeared on my computer. Shutterfly agreed to reproduce the card (at no charge) and expedite shipping to me, which I really appreciated. However, while the photo in the new card was slightly improved, the color was still a big disappointment. Then it just got too late in December to ask them to do it over yet again. So, make sure you pay very careful attention to the color quality of your photo, perhaps lessening the color so Shutterfly doesn't overdo it.

I was thrilled with the Christmas card I ordered from you. The quality was great, and you sent it to me in record time. If I had one criticism it would be that I wish the printing on the right hand side was a little brighter. It was a little difficult to read. Other than that, I loved the card.

Convenience and quality
Again Shutterfly doesn't dissappont me with the ease of creating a card and the quality of the product. Also the turn around time was excellent. Even my picky young adult children admitted the card looked great.
I do wish that before selecting and designing a card it was a bit easier to tell the style of the card, whether it is a folded one of just a card, and whether it allows printing on the reverse..
