Lacking in picture quality
For the price of these cards I expected a little better quality for the picture.
It's a bit grainy (I used a professional photo digital copy) and the coloring is off and the picture as a whole is not clear - looks a little "foggy".
The picture looks like if you were to print the picture on a regular printer (not a fancy photo one) or onto regular copy paper --- faded, not crisp and color is off.
Overall, I liked the card and I love the idea of posting a "story" on the back. I just wish the photo looked nicer.

Merry In Elegance Christmas Card
We created and ordered the card and received it in days. They were bright, crisp and colorful. We are very pleased with the quality. This is the 2nd Christmas we have ordered with Shutterfly and will do so again!

Beautiful Cards!
They came out wonderful and everyone loved them! The card paper was very well made and I was able to put a good amount of photos on the card.

Christmas card
Shutterfly is easy to use and I have been using the site for a
few years now. For some reason this year I had trouble with thefont size. It looked fine when I was reviewing the card, but when I received the cards I could hardly read the letters! Other than that, the pictures were fine. You just need a magnifying glass to see who they're from!

Design is great print quality not so great
I really love love the design. The print quality came out grainy. I had professional grade pictures so it wasn't the quality of my pics.

Pretty cards, but....
These cards are very pretty, but unfortunately the text of my family members names was too small, which is probably my fault, since I chose the font style and size. I thought it appeared larger in the preview It's barely legible.

Not totally happy for the price we paid ...
I thought I was getting such a good deal with the discount. But then my friends started telling me about the great deals that they got on their Christmas cards customized and sent with postage was about a third of what I paid for a less amount of cards and no postage. And, my photos on my card are not that clear and my original photos are very crisp and clear, so not sure what happened, but I will not be doing this again next year.

Christmas Card
Love love love Shutterfly! I have been using their products since they opened their Internet doors and I have only had one issue that was instantly corrected. The Christmas cards I ordered were a great quality and they came out perfect! Will use Shutterfly again and again. I have ordered products from them too, consistently awesome.

Very happy
This year was the first time I used Shutterfly. I was very happy with the quality of the product and the service. One of the products I ordered was delivered at the wrong address and I did not get it and Shutterfly Customer Service were very happy and willing to place another order for free. I appreciated that very much.
I am also glad for the promotion codes that it gives me on busy times of year such as the end of the year.
I have been very happy so far with it.

A little disappointed
I have ordered Christmas cards and books from Shutterfly in the past and I was extremely satisfied but these cards were just too plain and not as colorful as I had hoped. I ended up ordering another set from somewhere else. I'm not too happy considering the amount of money I spent on these ones.

First time user - Christmas Cards
This was my first time using Shutterfly, based on a recommendation from the photographer that took our family pictures. I made our Christmas cards in no time at all and was thrilled with the results! I as concerned that the package did not come until the last day of the date range for delivery, but it came and we are happy! Will use Shutterfly again soon for sure!
