Merry Christmas Yours Truly Card
The background of this card looks black (even on the various computers and devices I viewed it on), but it is not, it is brown. The brown does not look very Christmas-y nor is it the ideal color to go with the red polka dotted stripe on the card.
Shutterfly did offer to replace the cards, but as it was so close to Christmas, it was not a viable solution.

Great customer service when cards arrived with unsatisfactory color tint. Replacement cards received within a day after calling customer service. Excellent phone assistance & polite customer service representatives all times I spoke on the phone.

We love Shutterfly, but we are really disappointed!
We have ordered our Christmas cards for the last several years using Shutterfly. Normally the quality is outstanding. Unfortunately, the cards this year are very poor quality, almost like a polaroid with pixels. As I said before we love Shutterfly, but will be looking for alternative sites for our next order.
