Great product
Loved the cards. A few cards were delivered with tears or bent but overall I was really satisfied with the product and service.

Disappointed
I usually don't like to complain. However, when I opened
my bright orange Shutterfly package of Christmas cards,
I was very disappointed. The quality of the pictures on the
cards was very poor; my kids' faces looked faded and blurry.
Some friends had recommended Shutterfly to us, but after
this experience, I don't know if I'd recommend it anyone.

Loved my Christmas photo
It was very easy to upload pics, edit and finish my Christmas pic project! They came very quickly and I was pleased with the quality of the card and the pictures - I will definitely be using Shutterfly in the future!

Unexpected
We received the cards and they were bigger than we expect but the quality was awesome.

Can't get it right
The colors on this card are off - way too light and orangish. Even the black background is NOT BLACK - it's bluish. I had the original set redone and asked them to be checked - the second batch arrived same as the first. I even paid for another order using a higher quality photo and it was also not right. I give up.

great card, pictures looked bad
Let me start by saying I have used Shutterfly many times for many projects and have always been happy. I loved this card and I loved the pictures. The proof online looked amazing but when I received them in the mail the pictures looked yellow. Well, my son looked yellow, and his blond hair even yellower. Also, each picture had 2 blurry areas in them. Again, my proof looked great but the product that came in the mail was a disappointment.

I absolutely loved this Christmas Card. I found it easy to edit and design. It was professionally printed and created a wonderful memory of these precious holiday with my children.

Really liked the style and the process to create the card was easy. Cards and return address labels shipped on two different days. Would be more efficient to ship entire order together.

Now and Always Christmas Card
Some of the cards were scratched when I received them. I did not like how large the Shutterfly advertisement logo was on the back of the card! I spent extra money for expediited shipment but they were not delivered as quickly as I had hoped! Pricey for the quality they are!

Great, great product! I am, and have always been, a fan of what Shutterfly has to offer; but, this time they came up a little short. I had them address and mail my holiday photo cards, and some were sent without postage, thereby delaying delivery. Shutterfly needs to work on its quality control.

Happy
I've made 2 Chriatmas cards so far using shutterfly. I am even happier this year with my card. I send out about 90 Christmas cards a year so it can get pricey. Luckily shutterfly offers great codes and I saved 30% on my cards and I got free shipping. I am very happy with my experience with shutterfly this year!

Nice quality, came quickly.
Was not as happy with the labels, though.
They came ground and arrived after I finally gave up on them and sent my cards out without them.
Then they came as two different names and designs on the labels rather than both the way I ordered them.

Christmas Card - last minute!!
It is so nice to know that when my time is stretched, I can rely on Shutterfly to come through. I ordered late, but my cards came in time for me to get them out before Christmas, as they promised. They were beautiful and I was able to write a short story about the year - so no separate letter required. I LOVE the efficiency and ease in getting cards out. Thank you!

Card was perfect except our last name was spelled wrong. Our last name is Shields and it was typed Shield's. Pretty disappointing. We sent them out any way and just hoped friends and family didn't notice.

Christmas Cards and Cigarette Smoke
I've ordered from Shutterfly many times and have always been happy with the product. This year when the Christmas cards were delivered the box was in a plastic bag hanging from our door. I thought that was a little strange but when I opened the bag it reeked of cigarette smoke. I threw the bag and the box. The cards and envelopes were packaged separately so once unwrapped they were usable. I don't know where along the it happened but it was disappointing.

Of all the picture cards and stationery I have ordered these 5x8 photo cards are the best. I love them. There is even a place on the reverse for a fourth small picture and a place for you to personalize your card. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I love Shutterfly.

These cards are absolutely beautiful! The quality is great and I love the size. I am so glad I decided to try Shutterfly for my cards this year ... I've always depended on Kokak, but these are truly winners! It was easy to put the card together and the outcome was very professional.
