We've relied on Shutterfly for 9 years for our holiday cards
I am very happy with the quality and price of the cards. We receive our cards in about a week. We can put photos on the front, back, and insides of the card. We can put text all over, too. Everything happens within the templates you select. Shutterfly makes it easy to create a good looking card.
What could be done better?
1) Make the 5x7 cards truly 5x7. They used to be 5x7. They've been shrinking, and Shutterfly does tell you their exact dimensions.
2) When you sign your names on the card, the ink smears really easily. It would be great if Shutterfly would use a paper which would limit smearing, at least on the inside of the card.
3) It would be nice if the templates were a starting point, and one could move or resize the photo or text boxes.
These are niggles. Keep up the good work, Shutterfly.

Not so impressed
While I like all the personalization options with this card, and we got a great deal with coupons, ultimately it was a disappointment. The pictures used came out far less crisp and bright than I would have hoped. I don't believe picture quality is to blame--I used the same camera to take my picture last year and the company I used then created a lovely, sharp and bright card. Honestly, I don't think we'll be using Shutterfly again next year.

Sending cards
So simple, but this is one of my favorite layouts for corresponding throughout the year! I can add pictures to the inside or write a letter, and it's more personal than another email. Best of all, it's so inexpensive to have Shutterfly mail it for me! I've been a fan for several years now, and am delighted to give this site my highest recommendation!

ones i ordered were pretty pedestrian but ok...but i ordered 70 cards...received 69 cards and only 61 envelopes...so count them when you get them....

Great card
My teenage daughter went to Paris with her French Club last summer and took some great photos of the sites. I had already made her a photo book for her birthday, so for Christmas I put a few of the photos on a holiday card template and ordered a box of 10 for stationery. They turned out fabulously. Now if I can only get her to write....

Shutterfly is the best!
I recently received some cards that I ordered from Shutterfly, and I am more than pleased with the product. I have also previously purchased calendars, prints and photo books and all have been superbly made. Shutterfly's customer service is exceptional for any industry. Always a treat
No matter what I order from Shutterfly, the quality is consistently excellent. I'm pleased with the speediness of delivery and the overall craftsmanship of their products. This last order was a variety of photo cards, and even though my photos were taken with an iPhone, the cards came out perfect.

What a Card!
We received our cards promptly and I was curious as to the quality of the printing of the cover photograph since it had some dark sky areas and subtle coloration on the large rising moon. The printing was excellent and striking. Inside we had another picture and it, too, was perfect. The text of the card was exactly as we had ordered and the impact of the card was very positive.
