Old costumer I've been using shutterfly for years now. Always so happy with the end results. It takes a lot of effort Website is difficult to navigate when composing photo cards and books. I got caught on pages where it took a lot of effort to figure out how to exit the page. A simple Next or Continue button would go a long way to ease customer frustration. Products are okay, however, so I keep returning for another beating. January 30, 2013
Makes great thank you cards I used this design after Christmas to make thank you cards for our family and friends that got my daughters gifts. I added multiple pictures from Christmas day so everyone could "see" the kids opening presents. Its a great way to share the day with people far away. January 25, 2013

Poor printing I designed this card as a New Year's card for our family using a family portrait with black background for the front and a solid black background with silver/white print for the insides and back. I have designed this type of card before with other companies and had it turn out beautifully. Unfortunately, our Shutterfly cards did not turn out so well. The picture on the front looked faded and washed out compared to the rest of the card, even though the image I had uploaded was quite high quality. I am almost embarrassed to admit that I sent them out anyway, mainly because the cards would no longer have been applicable to the occasion had I requested a reprint. Our family is unlikely to order cards from Shutterfly in the future. January 22, 2013
When Christmas cards are gifts! I ordered Picture in a Portrait Christmas cards several times before and even after Christmas. Instead of making it our Christmas cards, I made them with photos I have taken through out the year as a nature photographer. Then I broke them down into bundles of 6, inserted them, with their envelopes, and gave them as gifts or with gifts. My most recent order was a photo of 2 Canada Geese standing in the bend of a dirt road. I ordered 10 of them and gave the whole group to my husband who often sends notes to people in the church to encourage them, to congratulate them, or just to maintain contact. Shutterfly makes it easy to turn my photos into quality note cards. (Note: rather than send Christmas cards, I make a donation from our family to a charity.) I love Shutterfly's products as they are the best quality products on the web. January 18, 2013

Thrilled! We created holiday cards to send to clients. We were surprised, delighted, yes thrilled, when they arrived. The paper stock (we chose glossy) is heavy and rich. old pictures The pictures are great on the cards but the writing I picked did not show up after the cards were printed. The writing did show up on the preview but after printing the words were not readable. December 21, 2012

Christmas came early Each year we make our own cards using personal artwork. After initially being happy with who we used, their service and quality went downhill. We then used other companies and finally decided this year to try Shutterfly. We were not disappointed. It was so easy to order and proof. The prices were reasonable and our order arrived before we new it. We love how they turned out and will be using Shutterfly for. Our future cards. They make it easy and make our cards look fantastic!
