We always try to pick a card that not only fits enough pictures of our beautiful daughter, but one that is different than year's past and more diverse than common cards. This one fit our criteria in every way, and we received compliments from recipients.

Couldn't be happier!
I was so happy with the quality of these cards. I got the matte finish, and the cards were nice and thick, one thing I've typically missed with photo cards (they are usually single sheet on flimsy photo paper). I will definitely be purchasing again!

Upset about advertising of sales
The cards are excellent - very lovely, pretty good quality (the pictures could have been a bit clearer). I am just upset about the advertising. I ordered them under the pretense that this was a great sale. I got reminders to order the cards now - this sale with special deals on holiday cards ends tomorrow. So I ordered them on the last day. And the next day, there was another sale with the cards being 50% off!! That was more than I got off. It was quite a bit annoying and very tricky. This reminds me of the sales Macy's would advertise saying - lowest prices of the season - that is until the next week. :( My advice- if you don't need them right away, wait and there will be a better sale.

The card is nice but the envelopes are ugly
The card came out nicely. The envelopes look ugly. Why can we not choose a typeface for the preaddressed envelopes? Also, there are guidelines for the number of characters but no way to preview the final addresses. A number of envelopes had to be thrown out because the formatting came out wrong. There is no way to know unless you count the characters in the space. Not feasible for 200 cards!
As a shareholder, I want to support the brand, but the finished product looks cheap due to the unattractive type face. Suggest: make a way to preview the formatted addresses before finalizing and allow a choice of a few typefaces on the envelopes.

Great Design, Average Product
I had a wonderful time designing our Christmas card, there were so many beautiful designs to choose from and it was easy to create a great image. We ordered the 5x7 folded greeting card and I was a little unimpressed by the craftsmanship of the cards. The edges were rough and not clean cut, as if the blade used was dull, and the cards were not folded down very flat, we had to crease them a little more before mailing them. The pictures were not as crisp or sharp as they appeared on the computer screen either and the resolution from our pictures was very high as we had them directly from our professional photographer.

Layout Nice, Print Quality Lacking
My wife and I ordered Christmas Cards for our families recently. We really liked the layout and format of this holiday card. The design elements were classy and arranged well. The one thing we wished could be better was the print quality. The photos looked splotchy. It looked like it was printed at around 60dpi, when the photos we uploaded were for a print quality of 300dpi. Below expectations on print quality, but nice card design. Can this be changed?

Great again!
Easy to load photos to the website to then use for the card. Relatively easy to chose a card design. I would have appreciated more designs where the customer adds ALL the text, in order to truly customize, as opposed to designs that don't allow you to change the text they come with. Fun to lay out our card. I waited for appropriate discounts to be offered before I designed and ordered our card. It's a little pricier than buying a few boxes of cards in a store, but it was worth it to be able to design it ourselves and have it be so personal. Our cards arrived very promptly, before we were expecting them! This is the third year we have used shutterfly for our holiday card, and we will probably be back again next year.

Fast turnaround quality ok
I really likes these cards online but they were just so so in person. About 25 out of the 75 I ordered had a weird faded mark. It was like the ink ran out in that spot, creating a light mark right over half my face! Also, the pictures had a slight reddish tone, especially on the blonde hair of my son.
Turnaround time was super fast!
3 to 4 stars.

Use fewer pics!
I liked this card much better on the computer but was a little disappointed when it arrived. I should have used fewer pics (chose a 5x7 with 3 across top- vertical and 1 across bottom - horizontal). The personalization text was also small and faded so it didn't stand out like I expected. I would suggest a bigger card for multiple pics or just make it simple with 1 photo on a 5x7. Next year, I will know!
