so sad
Well sad to say this is year #2 I have been disappointed in Shutterfly. We have been using Shutterfly for at least the past 4-5 years, and had always been EXTREMELY satisfied. Last year, the pictures on our cards were not great quality, the color was off and they were not as crisp as we had come to expect from our past orders. We felt that since we are loyal customers, we would give them a try again this year. Unfortunately, we found the same lacking quality. Our orders are large 200+ Christmas Cards each year, plus the corresponding return address labels. We have also done calendars as well. Next year we will be looking at competitors sites and will use one of them. Sorry shutterfly, I don't mind paying for quality, but, since the quality of your products has gone down hill, I will no longer be a customer.

Christmas card and Shutterfly book
Shutterfly is amazing! I have made my 20th Travel
photobook and this years Christmas card. Had a problem
with the photobook and after talking to Jay and Jose they
solved the problem right away and Jay was able to tell me
exactly why it took so long to upload my photos. Amazing
how just a little help from the talented, smart, and helpful
guys at Shutterfly the whole process is made easier.
Thank you Jay especially for the fast service. I will continue
to make more Shutterfly books as all my friends love them and I have at least 10 friends who I have referred to Shutterfly for both books and various cards.

We love Shutterfly!
We did our Christmas cards and calendars this year through Shutterfly. All of their products are printed on very good paper quality. Pictures were easy to change around and get just the right look for our cards and calendar for Christmas Gifts. We ordered one day and our packages were on the way to us the next day. Very fast service. Love Shutterfly!

Easy to Use....but what about the tracking to Canada
Hi enjoyed using the program, easy to use and lots of different choices...I like that fact that you have a little time to cancel your order in case you change your mind or need to add something else.
But just am a little anxious about not being able to ship the package to Canada? Would love to know package is and if it is going to be arriving soon. have read some other bad reviews about the shipping being late.

Second Package...same issues
I love the card, but the corners were bent and so Shutterfly sent a new package and same issues (It means so much to have quality card because that is what you pay for) It was like it was dropped into the packaging causing the damage.

Smaller than expected
The quality of the card is good, but the size was not what I expected. The website states that extra postage would be needed for this size/shape card, but I can't imagine I'll have to pay more for postage. The card is almost too small. I was a little disappointed.

Good product- Great service!!
I always enjoy the things I order from Shutterfly but last week my package arrived VERY damaged! My Christmas cards were wrinkled, smudged and some were missing corners :(
I spoke with a very friendly representative and she quickly had them reordered and shipped at no cost to me!
Within days my cards arrived and this time in perfect condition (& still on time for Christmas delivery.)
The cards were easy to make and turned out great. Thank you Shutterfly!!

Nice card
The card came out really nice but I just wished the colors were a little brighter. They seemed a little "washed out". I loved that you could fit so many pictures on there!

I was a bit disappointed in the size of the pictures as they looked so much smaller than they did on the internet order form....??? Otherwise, I liked the quality of the paper and print.

Christmas card
The quality of the card stock is fine. The printing on the cards looks almost grainy, not like it looked on the screen in the preview. It shouldn't have been a resolution issue as nothing was enlarged and the photos were good quality high resolution shots. They will do but I certainly won't spend the extra money for the designer cards unless I am ordering from somewhere that I can be certain they are the clear crisp shots I wanted.
