Stars and peace Christmas card
I was extremely pleased with my recent order of Christmas cards. I was very late ordering them and their arrival 3 days later totally exceeded my expectations. I ordered a 5x5 card and Shutterfly was very upfront that extra postage would be required for mailing--so no surprises! The card itself was adorable; matte finish was super and photo quality excellent! Extra envelopes were also provided--also a nice surprise! The recipients of these beautiful cards also have provided positive feedback about their quality.

Stars and Peace Card
I was late getting my Christmas card ready this year! I took the picture, sent the order into Shutterfly the next day and had the cards in a few days! I had to pick whatever cards went with the only photo I had and there were actually serveral really nice choices to pick from. They came out great! Shutterfly's service and speed was amazing and the quality of the card stock was great. I have used Shutterly for years and my experiences have always been good. This year was even better!

Very poor quality picture. Disapointed for the price of the cards I should have just made them at home. Grainy, off tint photo. Looks nothing like the preview on my computer. Will order somewhere else next year.

The frame is lovely, but the photo in the center is fuzzy and not as high quality as I expected. I will find another vendor for my cards next year.

Beautiful cards and FAST service
I received my cards within 48 hours!!! They arrived in a bright orange box perfectly!!! I had an error with my mailing labels but when I emailed Shutterfly, they said they would create new ones at absolutely no charge! Customer service like this cannot be beat and because of their quick response, I will continue to use Shutterfly for future cards and stationary!

Christmas Card for Mom
I have been making a Christmas card for my mother to send to those on her list for several years now. I ask my sister for pictures of her children and include pictures of mine, so all the grandchildren are pictured on the card. I put a short summary of her health and what the children are doing now on the back. The card was beautiful and will keep the people on her list sending cards to her!

The cards arrived sooner than I expected. The quality was excellent. They are a keepsake for years to come. Everyone who has recieved one has commented on how nice they are.

Superb customer service
The card we chose was a nice quality stock. Unfortunately, when our first order came, the photo of our family was distorted. This was not the fault of Shutterfly, but the photo itself, which was taken by a professional photographer. I called customer service. After speaking to a manager, the service rep said I could re-submit the photo (I was able to correct the problem w the original photo) and reorder the cards. They were shipped gratis, as well. This is the very first time we've had a problem w an order. I'm very thankful we didn't have to pay for a second order. Thank you, Shutterfly!!!

great customer service
Ordered Holiday cards. Failed to proofread properly. Received the cards and discovered error. Called Customer Service and on the phone we corrected the order and they provide a totally new shipment at no charge including 2nd day air. I am a very happy customer.

Really nice card!
These are really nice and thick, not like the flimsy photo cards from competitors. I was delighted to find one that was not traditional red and green. The pink and black matched the colors in my granddaughters outfits. I was thrilled with these Christmas cards!
