Low Resolution Photos I was excited to use this card because it held so many photos in different shapes. The processing time for the cards was quicker than the website indicated. I was very disappointed with the photo resolution on the cards. The photos are grainy and unclear, even though I had loaded high resolution photos. Also some of the cards have black lines running down the back. I would have preferred to have more emphasis on the quality of the images than the speed of delivery. I will not use Shutterfly again. xmas 2012 I was exceptionally impressed with the customer service of this company! There was a mistake on my cards and they were helpful, courteous, and immediately set out to fix my problem. In today's day and age where you can really shop around on the internet, customer service is what I will remember most and I will recommend this company, I will use them again, and I will spend more money because they were so helpful. Holiday Cards I had only 2 hours to pull this together - my daughter-in-law asked me at the last minute to make a family holiday card using a low-quality snapshot of the family taken at a wedding and time was of the essence. I decided to add a few other nicer photos to the mix, so I could make her choice a smaller image while focusing on the larger cleaner photos. Shutterfly had many template choices that made the job very easy. After several experiments, I found the right template that worked for the photos I chose. I also chose a design that allowed us to write personal messages on the back, something you can't do with photo-paper designs. Delivery was so fast, I was amazed. I've ordered calendars and albums through Shutterfly, and of course they took a bit longer, but I didn't expect the cards to be even quicker. The photos came with the right size envelopes and we were able to get them in the mail right away. The only thing I didn't like was not being able to customize the images. I had several landscape photos and a few portrait style pics, and none of the templates worked with what I was trying to create. The program wanted to automatically crop photos without giving me a choice. Unless I couldn't find that in the Help program, a little more customizing ability would be nice. I'm a professional so I'm picky, but I couldn't have done this faster or printed it much cleaner than this for the same price. I'd recommend using the cleanest photos possible, don't try to make a low-quality low-light picture work, it will look bad when printed. December 13, 2012

Great Christmas cards I love the quality of the cardstock and the matte finish. The photos are high quality and so clear. Love how a border separates each photo. This is a great card if you want to show loved ones how your children are growing throughout the year, want to include lots of memories, or have a tough time getting the littles to stand still still long enough for that perfect family photo (like us!). Once you get through the process of importing photo's once or twice the process of creating your card seems very easy and efficient.
