not happy with picture quality
the card part looks great but the pictures are all grainy. very disappointed with the card.
I had prints and a calendar made using the same photos and they turned out great. I was expecting better. I won't be getting my cards from this site again.

Christmas Card
They are neat but the printing and or color looks different....kinda fuzzy. It's not like that in real photos. So that part I am unhappy with.

did not meet expectations
I liked the design of the card online, liked that it was going to be on card-stock and not photopaper, and liked the fact that I could add pictures to the back. However, the quality of the card fell below my expectations--especially considering the price. The colored portions (with the wreath and where it says Merry Christmas) look homemade as opposed to professional, which is what I thought I was paying for. The edges of these blocks are not crisp--it's like the colors bled off a bit in processing. The finish is described as matte, but it was shiny card-stock, which may have led to the quality of printing issue.
Overall, my pictures and the layout looked great (my contribution), but I was unhappy with the rest of it.

Christmas Card
I really love the cards, they turned out beautiful! I liked the gloss finish best, it gave them more of a pro look. I also bought the cube ornaments and books. I freaking love shutterfly!

These cards were easy to create but look so professional. I am getting phone calls on a daily basis from family and friends who have received one of my cards. Everyone loves them.

Fast & Efficient
It was so easy to design our Christmas card with the Shutterfly template. I loved that we could add additional photos on the back of our card at no extra charge. Then we got our cards super fast. Great quality! Nice envelopes. So happy with our cards this year!!!!

Great looking card but even better customer service
When I received my cards in the mail, unfortunately the bottom left hand corner of each card was slightly dented...enough to take away from the card. The cards were carefully wrapped inside the box but the box is bigger and allowed the cards to bang around.
I immediately called the customer support number and spoke with a gentleman who advised me that they would send new cards at no charge.
The cards otherwise look fantastic and I love the design!

Beautiful card yet lacking in color and resolution
I have been ordering my holiday cards through Shutterfly for several years now. I loved my card this year, however was a bit disappointed with the color and resolution. I uploaded full quality high resolution DSLR photos in vibrant colors. I feel this was not reflected in the card. I love my cards and enjoy ordering through Shutterfly. I hope this issue is looked into and addressed.

christmas card
I was displeased with my Christmas cards. The image had a blurred effect which cheapened my favorite family photo therefore making me question whether or not I am going to mail my cards to my friends and family. I am a new mom and have placed numerous orders with Shutterfly and have been continuously unhappy with my orange envelopes. Instead of looking forward to my shiny orange envelope, I am left anxious wondering, what are these going to look like.

Professional Look at your fingertips!
This card was very easy to personalize. I chose to use 7 pictures on the front, but there are other options too. The monogramming and greeting looks very professional. I was able to type out a little update of my family on the inside. I was a bit worried that the size of font I had to use was going to be very tiny and hard to read, but in the preview part of your order before you complete your card, Shutterfly shows you the actually size of the fonts and cards. All in all I was very happy with the results.

Our cards arrived about 7 days after I designed and ordered them. They are bright, very clear and exactly what I thought I had ordered. I love the way you can add pictures and your own thoughts on each part of the card. Thanks for an exceptional product!

Not worth the price
Looked beautiful in the preview screen...very disappointed when I received them. Looks like something I printed at home using an archaic printer. I have used shutterfly for years and have been very happy...today however customer service was not at all helpful. Please bring back the quality products you once had!

Very nice product
These cards are very nice. Thick cardstock and brightly printed photos. The design is nice, too. Overall a great product-I can't wait to send them out. I also got a coupon deal with free shipping, so they were a great price, too.
