Flurry of Snowflakes I am very disappointed in the product that was mailed to me. I like the design of the card, however my photo is not clear. Usually when I use Shutterfly, somewhere in the ordering process I am told if my picture is not suitable for a card or another product. For instance, I wanted to use the same photo for a canvas print. A exclamation mark or something appeared to say the photo was not good for that. So I chose another one. When I ordered the Christmas card, There was NO warning regarding the photo I chose. So either my photo was bad and I didn't know it, or whoever fulfilled the order did a bad job. December 2, 2012

First Time User Loved my 2012 Flurry of Snowflakes Holiday Card. First time user of Shutterfly and couldn't be more pleased! The paper was of such good quality and the pictures were clear and so professionally done....was able to fit 5 pictures of my 6 grandchildren. Next time I would select more close up pictures, however. I was even able to match address labels to the card! The few little snags I encountered were quickly ironed out by the very efficient Customer Service Team who were so willing to help! The ordering was a very stress-LESS experience for a Senior!!! Very Pleased! Very happy with my Christmas cards! The quality of the paper is good. The pictures are good and the sizes are as expected. I got the brown with aqua ones and I really like the aqua color. It's a pale greyish aqua on a rich dark brown. And love the monogram in the middle! November 25, 2012

A bit different that I'd thought Guess it was my fault thinking the pictures would be bigger and clearer than they turned out. So I've now ordered a single picture card and am waiting for those. I think that will work better than a five picture card. Next time I'll keep that in mind. November 2, 2012

great products I ordered these cards to send to family who do not use the internet. This way they can see some of the great photos which we took on our Holiday. I was a bit disappointed with the finish as it was more glossy than matte, however they are still great cards. I wish I had increased the font size as my husband commented on how small it was. Will remember this for next time! This is my second project using Shutterfly. Everyone I have shown my picture books to are amazed at the quality of the photos. I found making the book very easy and lots of fun. My only difficulty was choosing the right photos from all of those we took on our trip. October 28, 2012
Used for a New Year's business mailing - very professional I used this format for a my New Year's mailing for my real estate business. It looked great with photos of properties. There were several color choices for the border area. The card looked great and the linen envelopes were top quality. The product arrived very quickly and was even better than I expected. Problem Diverted When my original order arrived I realized there had been an error. In putting our family name on the card I hadn't noticed that the program automatically put the word "the" in front of our last name and made the last name plural automatically. So, our name read "the the Heaneyss", instead of "the Heaneys". I called Shutterfly to see if they could be redone and I was pleasantly surprised that you were happy to do it at no cost to me. I was even given a free shipping credit to have the cards to me. The service agent was friendly and very helpful. Snowflake Christmas Cards I have always been satisfied with all my shutterfly products. I recently received an order of holiday cards that were damaged due to the way it was packaged. I called customer service to notify them I was dissatisfied with the condition of the cards. The representative immediately suggested to replace the entire order. Loved this card! I chose the brown color option for this card. I then used the "color tone" effect available in the card editor to choose a brown hue for the photos. The look was similar to sepia, but more matched to the border. It turned out really slick!! It gave the card a monotone effect that was really clean! I was extremely happy with our Christmas cards the year we made these. September 11, 2012
