Frosted Lace Holiday Card
Thought the offer for 10 free cards was too good to be true but it wasn't. The card stock was fine quality, the border perfect for the photo of our snowy farm home that our daughter had taken at Christmas. I left the inside blank so now I have the perfect all-occasion card. I won't hesitate to take advantage of next Shutterfly offer, and their service is very prompt.

Christmas Card

Frosted Lace Frame
I ordered this design as our Christmas cards with our twin grandkids picture as they snuggled in Santa's lap. It was beautiful and we received so many compliments. This design was a perfect match for Santa. A good friend, who is a retired professional framer, framed it as a Christmas gift. Friends told us it should be sold as commercial cards it looked so good.
I would like to have the picture alone enlarged with that border design, but did not see that option available.

Great card, great quality, great service
My wife enhanced a small reindeer hat with sequins and fir needles, and we put it on our cat, Ted, to make a funny holiday card. The Frosted Lace Frame Holiday Card was ideal for a single large photo and our Christmas reindeer theme. We added our own copy in PhotoShop.
We use Shutterfly every year for our holiday cards, and we also make greeting cards during the year, as well as photo books, address labels, and other assorted items Shutterfly offers at good prices. We frequently take advantage of their sales.
My only complaint with Shutterfly is they have too many designs that are too busy, use too many photos, or have wording we don't like. We prefer very simple layouts, which allow us to do what we want. Fortunately, Shutterfly has a few designs for us. A word of advice -- use only one photo per page. Many people fall in love with their family photos and try to pile them in, only to have a busy card (with tiny photos) that doesn't look good. Keep it simple with one photo per page, and you'll get a much better looking card.
In any case, Shutterfly does a great job, and they have great customer service. We wouldn't use any other photo printing service!

Frosted lace card
Nice layout that complemented my snow-bedecked photo. Nice way to offer a personalized holiday greeting card without spending more money than a traditional card would have cost. I did not try the integrated mail merge, but will do so next year.

Not perfect...
First of all, I did not order the "Frosted lace Frame Card". I ordered another holiday card that had a red frame around the photo. When I received my order of 75 cards, the red border was assymetrical (too narrow on the left side). Shutterfly was very responsive and re-sent the order. Nice thought, but the new order is slightly narrow on the right side! Oh well, good enough to send, but not perfect. Next time I will just get cards that I can put an actual photo in. I will say that the photo quality was great. That's why I gave it this product 4 stars.

frosted lace holiday frame card
I received a free card offer from Shutterfly to order some holiday cards. I am delighted that I chose to accept their kind offer and I am so very pleased with the results. The card stock is very good quality, the foto and framing look quite professional and the choice of fonts was more than enough to find one that I wanted. I will continue to use Shutterfly in the future.
