Hi,
This is the first time I have ordered cards, and was very pleased with the way they turned out. The color was just right and the picture looked good!
However, I was disappointed and surprised to discover that I did not get folded cards which could be opened, but instead received ones that were like post-cards. It should be made clearer that that is what is being ordered.
Otherwise, very good.

Holiday card
I've used shutterfly for other projects and have been very pleased but this was the first time for Christmas cards. I was totally impressed. The ordering process was easy but took a bit of learning. What impressed me most of all was the speed. I ordered 85 cards on dec 19 and they were at my house the 21st or 22nd. They looked great too. I will do the same thing next year. No doubt about it. Great card
I've never had so many compliments on our Christmas card. Several said it was their favorite of all they received. I noticed that of the 150 we received, my very favorites were almost all from Shutterfly! It's so easy to create cards and other photo gifts on Shutterfly. I'll count on Shutterfly for my Christmas card every year from now on!

Christmas cards & photo books
Love, love, love the feel of the stock card stationery. Shutterfly is doing a great job with keeping current e.g., photo book custom path. Card collages
I always have great luck with my Shutterfly creations & this time I was thrilled with the options I had to help me catch up on my child's baby book.
I made collages using cards to put in his baby book for special occasions. It was the perfect way to include multiple pictures from events such as Christmas, baby dedication & other special memories in small sizes so they could fit on the pages. It was also helpful that I could order individual cards & wasn't obligated to order in 5 set increments.
Thanks Shutterfly for helping us working women to stay caught up with these important things in our lives when we have limited time!!

printing poorly executed
When I reviewed the font size and color on my x'mas card, preview, it looked fine. But when I received it, the print on the front didn't show up against the picture. I also order 2 ornaments with personal pictures. Part of each picture was cut off, etc. (not quite all of a child's head). The pictures originally had the whole image. So placement was off. I am disappointed. Photoworks always did a great job. You are not servicing their clients well.

Shutterfly, I loved your vast selection of fabulous cards. I loved even more how easy you made it to design our Christmas card for this year. I was filled with happy anticipation when the orange box arrived. But I was so very disappointed when I opened that orange box and saw our cards. The print quality is terrible -- the photo is grainy and the colors are weird and it looks as though we are a cardboard cutout against the background. I guess it would have been extraordinarily helpful to have been warned if the resolution of my image wasn't high enough. I could have done something about it.
I wasn't going to say anything and just choose another card company next year, but you asked...
