We greatly appreciate your website and the promotions and free gifts that you allow your customers but I believe ur website could be more user friendly such as easier to prepare pictures for prints we love having our pictures developed through your website and being able to share our memories with our family thank you for your wonderful website and your customer assistance bring

photo "stationary"
My photo Christmas cards turned out great EXCEPT I thought I was ordering just photo paper cards and when they arrived I was very surprised they were on a card stock or as you would call it "stationary".
Maybe you could make this more clear in the description of the product. I didn't need that style and just wanted the most affordable photo card on photo paper. I thought your prices had just gone up a lot but after they arrived I realized why it cost more.
I could have saved over 20 dollars by getting just the thin, photo paper.

Joyful in Conway
Our family and friends absolutely LOVED this card! The cards were made of a great weight of card stock. The photo colors were vivid and true to the photos we uploaded. We loved the layout too as it allowed us to do a group shot in the middle and smaller individual shots of our children on the 4 corners. Great fun! Can't wait to get just the right pictures for next year!!

love these cards!
This is my first time using Shutterfly for my holiday cards and they came quicker than expected! The photo books come back quickly, too. They turned out gorgeous and I got lots of compliments for stepping it up! Love these cards - love Shutterfly!

Christmas cards
I was really happy with the first order I had. It came in a very timely manner. And on time to be mailed out. The other cards that were ordered a the same time came about 3 days after the first set of 5 cards. The other 3 sets of 5 cards each all came bundled together at least 3 days after the first order. By the time they finally got to my house I had already left to go out of town. By the time my Christmas cards were finally hear and I was able to put them in the mail it was AFTER Christmas. If I had known how long it would take to get them I would have just ordered New Year's cards instead of Christmas cards. It was very disappointing.

Holiday card and mailing services
Usually love Shutterfly but couple of issues this time. Wanted TinyPrints card first but both sites lack capability to export address book from S to TP so I had to do another card project in Shutterfly. Also the printing color quality was off, blue suits looked purple. Card stock is good, however. Hope you can resolve the address export/import possibilities between the 2 companies.

ink problem
I am disapointed to report my disasifaction with cards. As I was putting them into the envelopes, the black ink from the card was coating my hands ( i took pictures ) A few family members told me when they received their cards, the black ink was on their hands as well. I would not have purchased these if I knew the ink would make a mess.

Poor
Received purchase and there was a color bleed line through most of the cards. Normally wouldn't care but these were holiday/birth announcements for our first born.

Christmas Cards
Our holiday cards came out wonderful and they were delivered UNBELIEVABLY fast!! When I originally ordered them I did not pay extra for shipping and the scheduled date was by December 31st. The cards were in my hands and being addressed within 48 hours of my placing the order. Everyone got their cards before Christmas - it was amazing!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is the second card I ordered this year. My first christmas card had the first picture off center. I wish some one at shutterfly would have noticed that the picture cut off the first child's face.

Amazing as always
I've used Shutterfly for years and they never disappoint. Easy to create, quick to ship and never had a bad experience. I use them for all things photos (books, cards and prints). I can't remember what I did without them!

LOVE these products!
I am extremely happy with these cards and also with a desk calendar that I created. The quality of the paper and the clarity of the photos is excellent and they arrived VERY quickly.
I will certainly use this product again and again.
Also I am not a techno-genius by any means and it was not difficult to mange the creation process.

Christmas cards
We were very pleased with our purchase. It was a photo card with a layout including five pictures. We like to include a "Christmas letter" with our card. We were able to do an abbreviated version on the back of the card. We thought the price was comparable to others, but our card was on a heavier paper, which was very nice. The envelopes were high quality paper. We will definitely use Shutterfly again!

The postcard made my pictures blurry, and unprofessional, it was a poor quality card. I hate that I spent $ on this, I really don't want to spend more money on Christmas cards, but I not sending these poor quality cards out!

Shutterfly does it again!
Great paper stock, great printing, prompt service, and the best prices anywhere!
I went for the red border instead of the black. Felt more holiday- like and worked better with my photos, but I did a black background a few years back when I used one photo on it's own and the people in the photo were wearing black and white and it looked spectacular! Very pro-looking!
You can't go wrong! Especially when you take advantage of a Shutterfly promotion, these cards are a steal!
