Joyful Card
The quality of the card was very good. I would have liked to have borders around the pictures that we placed on white backgrounds, but I could not figure out how to accomplish this detail. I also appreciated that there was an extra envelope as it came in handy with a fateful mistake.

photo "stationary"
My photo Christmas cards turned out great EXCEPT I thought I was ordering just photo paper cards and when they arrived I was very surprised they were on a card stock or as you would call it "stationary".
Maybe you could make this more clear in the description of the product. I didn't need that style and just wanted the most affordable photo card on photo paper. I thought your prices had just gone up a lot but after they arrived I realized why it cost more.
I could have saved over 20 dollars by getting just the thin, photo paper.

Joyful in Conway
Our family and friends absolutely LOVED this card! The cards were made of a great weight of card stock. The photo colors were vivid and true to the photos we uploaded. We loved the layout too as it allowed us to do a group shot in the middle and smaller individual shots of our children on the 4 corners. Great fun! Can't wait to get just the right pictures for next year!!

This is my first time using Shutterfly for my holiday cards and they came quicker than expected! The photo books come back quickly, too. They turned out gorgeous and I got lots of compliments for stepping it up! Love these cards - love Shutterfly!

Christmas cards
I was really happy with the first order I had. It came in a very timely manner. And on time to be mailed out. The other cards that were ordered a the same time came about 3 days after the first set of 5 cards. The other 3 sets of 5 cards each all came bundled together at least 3 days after the first order. By the time they finally got to my house I had already left to go out of town. By the time my Christmas cards were finally hear and I was able to put them in the mail it was AFTER Christmas. If I had known how long it would take to get them I would have just ordered New Year's cards instead of Christmas cards. It was very disappointing.

Holiday card and mailing services
Usually love Shutterfly but couple of issues this time. Wanted TinyPrints card first but both sites lack capability to export address book from S to TP so I had to do another card project in Shutterfly. Also the printing color quality was off, blue suits looked purple. Card stock is good, however. Hope you can resolve the address export/import possibilities between the 2 companies.

ink problem
I am disapointed to report my disasifaction with cards. As I was putting them into the envelopes, the black ink from the card was coating my hands ( i took pictures ) A few family members told me when they received their cards, the black ink was on their hands as well. I would not have purchased these if I knew the ink would make a mess.

Poor
Received purchase and there was a color bleed line through most of the cards. Normally wouldn't care but these were holiday/birth announcements for our first born.

Christmas Cards
Our holiday cards came out wonderful and they were delivered UNBELIEVABLY fast!! When I originally ordered them I did not pay extra for shipping and the scheduled date was by December 31st. The cards were in my hands and being addressed within 48 hours of my placing the order. Everyone got their cards before Christmas - it was amazing!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
