"I have made and ordered tons of stuff from shutterfly and always been more than pleased with the results! All of my Christmas and greeting cards are personalized this way. I recommend shutterfly to all my family and friends and offer to get them started and show them how to make cards and photo books. I love your products and service. I probably need to go to SFA (shutterfly anonymous) meetings. I make a personalized calendar every year, for me and others. I make a photo book after every cruise or vacation. I make 100 page family photo books for all my family members every single year, and will as long as you guys are in business. And I make lots of greeting cards, labels and unique photo gifts, as well. Actually, you should probably hire me to be your PR representative!!! Keep up the good work. Oh, and I have also experienced you standing behind your work and replacing a photo book that had unexplained markings on a number of pages. Thanks for that!"
"I find the process of designing the photo cards fairly clunky--upload the photos, choose layout options, etc. You have to take each card through the entire process before you can start on another. I do very much like the preview tab when designing my cards. The image is card-sized so you get an accurate idea of how your project will look. Once a project is done, the process to re-order is some better. You can also edit a project and save the new version, too. The quality of the cards is very good. The images print just over the edge to the back of the card as they are supposed to. Photos that are really sharp turn out nicely when printed edge to edge on cards. The availability of cards with colored or patterned borders is quite helpful, too, to give a different flavor to an image or help when the photo is not quite as clear at 5 x 7 as it is at 4 x 6."
"The color and resolution of my photo was great, and the quality of the card and envelope was super!! I make cards at home by hand, buying packs of cards in 50's, but Shutterfly's card stock and thick, classy envelopes by far beats what I get! I love them! They feel and look so substantial! And, lately, I love that I can put a little photo on the back of the card, with a caption, so I put a little closeup of me, as the photographer, and that way my friends notice that I made the card!"
