I recommend shutterfly to all my family and friends and offer to get them started and show them how to make cards and photo books. I love your products and service. "I find the process of designing the photo cards fairly clunky--upload the photos, choose layout options, etc. You have to take each card through the entire process before you can start on another. I do very much like the preview tab when designing my cards. The image is card-sized so you get an accurate idea of how your project will look. Once a project is done, the process to re-order is some better. You can also edit a project and save the new version, too. The quality of the cards is very good. The images print just over the edge to the back of the card as they are supposed to. Photos that are really sharp turn out nicely when printed edge to edge on cards. The availability of cards with colored or patterned borders is quite helpful, too, to give a different flavor to an image or help when the photo is not quite as clear at 5 x 7 as it is at 4 x 6."
"I am always very happy with the finished products that i receive from Shutterfly. Most appreciated are the quality of the finished products and the special product discounts you offer! If the quality was not as high as it is, the special offers would not matter. I would not continue to use this service. One glitch I have encountered with the special offers, however, has happened several times. When I finished making the "free" product, I went through the pay process and applied the special code. Several times I was told that the offer had been added to my account and was not available to deduct from my order. What does that mean?"
