This book is filled with some of my favorite black and white compositions of my children. The book design was created with everything I found on Shutterfly. The way I was able to get one small photo on a page was to use the mutli photo layout page and to only fill one of the boxes with the photo that I wanted to use, knowing that the rest of the unfilled boxes would be left blank. You can see your result of doing this just by previewing your page when you are editing your book.
