Q: What styles and material are the Albums made of? What size(s) are the books?
A: There are four different styles of Albums: Traditional, Scrapbook, Thematic, and Photo storage Boxes. Please click on each book style and the learn more link to review details such material and size of each book.

Q: What is the size of the print that can be inserted in an Album?
A: Please click on the style of the album and the description should reference the size print that can be inserted.

Q: Will the image(s) be pre-inserted in the Album?
A: Unfortunately, images will not be pre-inserted into albums and are not included when ordering an album . Prints are sold separately on all styles of Albums.

Q: Will prints arrive in the same package as the Album?
A: Prints and Albums will be shipped separately.

Q: What is the capacity of each Album? How many prints can I use in an Album??

Q: What is the processing time for an Album?
A: Once an order is placed for an Album, the order is typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. For more information on processing times, please visit our Order Status page.

Q: Can refills and/or inserts also be ordered?
A: Yes. Please visit the Refills & Mounts area of the Shutterfly Store to order more refill or inserts fo your styled album.

Q: Will an invoice arrive with the Albums?
A: Shutterfly does understand that orders placed from our site are sent as gifts. A packing slip is included with all orders shipped, however it does not include pricing information. Pricing information regarding the order will be sent to the customer in their order confirmation email. We also offer customers the ability to include gift notes when shipping the order to other customers.
