Q: How many months can my calendar be? Can I choose the start date?
A: Calendars are available in either 12 months or 18 months. You can choose the starting month for your calendar, and then the ending month is automatically selected.

Q: What resolution should my pictures be for a calendar?
A: For calendars, we recommend that each image be at least 1600×1200. If you try to use a low-resolution picture in a calendar, a low-resolution warning will appear. This warning is important - Shutterfly is not responsible for unsatisfactory calendars resulting from a failure to heed this warning.

Q: Can I add captions to my calendar? Can I customize the pictures or the cover?
A: You can add a title to appear on the front of the calendar, and you can also select a picture to use on the cover. Also, Shutterfly does offer customers the ability to add captions to their images by using one of our Caption borders.

Q: How can I save my calendar as a project, and finish later?
A: When you are almost finished with your calendar, you can choose to save it as a project if you wish. (You can then either finish it later; or use the saved project to order more copies of the calendar later.) To save it, just use the ‘Save as a project’ link on the right. Give it a title, and click ‘okay’.
