Q: What is the size of the print that can be inserted?

Q: Where is the print inserted? Will the image be pre-inserted in the book?
A: The print is inserted in the back of the photo book, and will need to be cut to size and inserted by the customer upon receipt.

Q: How many prints can I use in this book?

Q: What is the processing time for an Children’s Picture Book?
A: Once an order is placed for an Children’s Picture Book, the order is typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Prints will ship separately from the Children’s Picture Book. For more information on processing times, please visit our Order Status page.

Q: Can I add text or borders to the image for a Children’s Picture Book?
A: The book itself goes around the child’s face in the picture so any text or borders added would not be used. Effects such as black and white, sepia tone, or soft focus can be applied to the image if desired.

Q: Will an invoice arrive with the Children’s Photo Book?
A: Shutterfly does understand that orders placed from our site are sent as gifts. A packing slip is included with all orders shipped, however it does not include pricing information. Pricing information regarding the order will be sent to the customer in their order confirmation email. We also offer customers the ability to include gift notes when shipping the order to other customers.
