Overview
The DVD creation process allows you to create a slideshow of selected pictures with transitions and background music that will play on a set-top DVD players or DVD-roms through a television or computer.

Creating a PhotoShow DVD

On the My Shutterfly page, click on ‘Shutterfly Store’ on the green navigation bar.

Select the DVD product and select a style. Please note: For any style you will be able to customize the music, transitions, effects, and all other settings in a later step. Click ‘Next’ to select images you wish to add to your PhotoShow DVD.

After selecting images, please review them to arrange, enhance, edit, remove, or rotate images. Use the checkboxes underneath each picture to make your selections. As you create your DVD, you have the option to save it as a project and return to it later or start a new DVD project.

Once you have selected your images you can create title credits, which will appear at the beginning and end of your slideshow. You can also choose an animation style, enter a title, and enter ‘Created By’ and ‘Starring’ information. Please preview the introduction and ending options by clicking the preview button.

Customize the DVD with music, various slide show transitions and / or border styles. You may preview music and style by clicking the preview button.

We recommend that you preview the entire DVD with all your images and music. If you need to make a change, please edit the DVD prior to proceeding.

At the end of the process you will be able to choose the packaging style and select images to print on the DVD cover. As you proceed through the checkout process, you will be prompted to select your recipient(s), add the DVD to your cart, and place an order. Be sure to save the DVD as a project in case you ever want to edit it and place a new order. Once you have successfully placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent and the order will appear in your order history page.

Changes to the DVD slide show can not be made once your order has been placed. If you make a mistake on an order, orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes by going to the order history page in your account.

Personalize your PhotoShow DVD

You can select up to 400 images for your DVD slideshow, and personalize them with custom music, transitions, effects, and much more. These DVDs are a great keepsake, so be sure to order duplicates as gifts for friends and family.

PhotoShow DVD Packaging

PhotoShow DVD’s are packaged in standard sized DVD jewel cases. Each DVD has a custom cover that you design as part of the ordering process.
