First sign into your Shutterfly account, then click on the Shutterfly Store button in the green navigation bar. On the Shutterfly Store page, select the Prepaids & more option under 'Shop by cateogry'. Next click on 'Gift Certificates'.

Choose the type of gift certificate you would like (electronic or paper), then select the amount you wish to give, ($10, $25, $50, $75, $100).

If you have chosen an electronic gift certificate: choose the recipient, enter their email address, and the date you would like the email sent. Click the 'next' button to add it to your order and proceed to checkout. (Note that when the email is sent - on the date you have chosen - you will also receive a confirmation email.)

If you have chosen a paper gift certificate: write your personal message, then click the 'next' button to choose a recipient (or enter a new one.) Once you have done that, click the 'next' button to add it to your order and proceed to checkout.
