Q: Can I buy prepaid prints and use them immediately with my order?
A: Prepaid print plans are purchased using a special quick-checkout process. This is so that they can be activated in your account right away. Assuming that your payment is verified (that is, the credit card authorizes) then the prints should be activated in your account within just a minute or two. From there, you can continue to order prints and other gifts, and you can immediately order your new prepaid prints.

You can, if you wish, choose to not use your prepaid prints for a particular order. To do this, just review your discounts while you are creating your order, and uncheck (de-select) the prepaid prints. They will still be in your account, and will be applied to all subsequent orders (unless de-selected again.)

Q: What different prepaid print bundles are offered?
A: We offer a number of prepaid bundles: three different bundles for 4x6 prints, and Portrait bundles which consists of other sizes. See our prepaid prints page for package details. For small businesses and photographers, please view our special discounted prepaid print plans.

Q: When will my prepaid prints be activated in my account?
A: Your prepaid prints will be activated in your account usually within a minute. So that customers can use prepaid prints immediately, they are purchased using a special quick-checkout process. Prepaid print plans CANNOT be cancelled once they are ordered, unlike our other products which have a 30-minute cancellation window. The upside of this is that prepaid prints are activated in your account almost immediately.

Q: How long do I have to use my prepaid prints? Do they expire?
A: Prepaid prints have a two-year expiration date, so be sure to use them in that timeframe.

Q: Can I transfer my prepaid prints to another account?
A: Prepaid prints are activated in the purchasing account automatically, and cannot be transferred to another account.

Additionally, prepaid prints cannot be used toward Snapbooks, nor can their value be substituted for gift certificates or other products.

Q: Can I combine prepaid prints with other discounts or sales?
A: Our prepaid prints are a special product offering and are therefore not eligible for certain discounts, and are not combinable with other offers. For instance, we occasionally offer percentage discounts on our site; these discounts cannot be applied to prepaid print plans. Additionally, prepaid prints cannot be used toward meeting requirements for other sales.

Even though prepaid prints are not combinable with other offers, they are priced very competitively, and are a considerable savings for our customers. And if you have other free prints in your account, you can use those toward your order as well.
