Q: How does the program work?
A: You will earn 1 point for each dollar each dollar spent, less any discounts and taxes during the qualifying period. At the end of the qualifying period your points will be converted to dollar credits. These credits can be applied to orders placed during the redemption period. Certain exclusions apply, see Terms and Conditions for more details.

Q: What items can the points be used towards?
A: You may redeem your points for a variety of Shutterfly products, including Cards, Snapbooks, Photo Books, Calendars, Photo Gifts, enlargements and more. Simply place your order and we will automatically deduct your points from your qualifying purchases. Please note, credits cannot be used towards 4x6 prints, Prepaid Plans, Gift Certificates, Pro Gallery plans, shipping and handling or sales tax. See Terms and Conditions for more redemption details.

Q: What is the maximum dollar credit I can receive from the points I earn?
A: You can earn up to $20.00 worth of reward credits per Shutterfly account.

Q: How long do I have to redeem my reward credits?
A: Points can only be redeemed during the redemption period. Points cannot be extended past the deadline of the redemption period.

Q: Can I apply orders made before the qualifying period to my point totals?
A: Qualifying orders are only accepted during the qualifying period. Orders placed before the qualifying period will not be applied retroactively.
