Q: Is ordering secure?
A: Shutterfly uses industry standard secure server software (SSL) for all photo ordering and account management transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. We also guarantee that every order you make at Shutterfly will be 100 percent safe. This means that we will reimburse you for any fraudulent charges that are not covered by your bank and that result through no fault of your own from purchases made at Shutterfly while using the secure server.
