It’s in the cards: Create holiday card list

October 1-November 30

If this is your first holiday card, begin with your wedding invitation list and address book. If you’ve sent cards in the past, use last year’s list and add new friends, neighbors and co-workers. Get a general count as to how many cards you think you’ll need and don’t forget to order extras, as there will be last minute additions. And, you’ll want to be able to send a card in return to anyone who may have sent you a card. This is also a good time to order your pre-printed address labels and holiday stamps. Buy stamps online at http://shop.usps.com.

Target December 10 as your mail date
