Going Mobile: Capturing Life on Your Phone

Award-winning photographer and journalist John Curley "loves to create unforgettable images".  These are his pictures and words.

All of the photos were taken in 2011 with a cameraphone (in this case, an iPhone 4). The point being, you don't need a great camera to take great pictures, and you don't have to go away to get great shots; shoot what's around you. Yes, I'm fortunate in that I live in a picturesque setting, but many people live in or near beautiful places. The trick is seeking them out, and then going there again and again. Do it for exercise, do it to walk the dog, whatever, but do it.
