Luggage tag disappointment This is the first and last time for me to get luggage tags from Shutterfly. Have always gotten them from another site, but they were temporarily out of the rectangular ones when I needed to order this time. I didn't notice -- my fault -- that these were only printed on one side. Big disappointment there. And they're more expensive than the other site's ones. Plus the ones I've gotten in the past have always been true to the colors and intensities on my monitor. These were very washed out and blah. Very disappointing. May 11, 2013
Wonderful Item! These are quality luggage tags. I actually ordered them as gifts to my Mom of all the grandkids. She shows them off like a ''brag book'' of sorts. Because they can be hung anywhere, I ordered some for myself and hang them in my van, Dad's car and anywhere else I can think of. They make wonderful gifts. The editing tool offers so many ways to customize yours. I absolutely love these tags. May 1, 2013
I would have ordered for a whole lax team, but.... I really wish you had the option of adding a photo or information to both sides of this tag. All three of my children play lacrosse and travel a lot for tournaments. It would be so great to be able to put a fun photo of each of the players on one side using the caption for last name and jersey number, but have the logo of the team and a telephone number if someone finds a lost bag on the opposite side. One of my girls was on a team with a tag like this but it had the logo on one side and contact information on the other. My phone number happened to be the contact number because I was "team mom". Two years after the tournament, someone contacted me because one of the girls had left this tag on her bag and left it at a local tournament. I was able to contact her and she was able to get her equipment back. SFly, change the design PLEASE. People are begging to use your products, if you haven't noticed. February 26, 2013

Great!! Love the finished product. Like how very sturdy they are, and how crisp the image is. I just took a SHARPIE and labeled the information on the blank side. NO PROBLEMS at all. You would do that for normal luggage tags anyways. I would definitely purchase again. January 22, 2013
Great Value! These are sturdy tags, and the pictures look great. I used the "Caption" option to write my address and phone number on them and although it is not a super crisp text printing, is is definitely readable and works for the purpose! ALSO! I was just going to order these I was just going to order these for my kids school backpacks with mom and dad info on them, but realized you can not put information on them. I thought they would be like the cards and books where there would be a template for text to put information on the other side. you can even add information to Mugs, so why not the reverse side of these tags? Excellent tags These tags are really sturdy and have lasted far longer than other tags I've purchased. I travel almost every week so my luggage gets a workout and these tags do well. I've seen the comments from people who haven't figured out that you need to add a comment with your contact info to the tag. It's pretty obvious, and very easy to do. January 14, 2013
Great Tags I have used these luggage tags in the past and just ordered more. Other tags have been torn off our luggage but these stay on. I type my information on a piece of paper and then use clear packing tape to put it on the non-photo side. I've never had any issues with it coming off. I would recommend these tags to anyone who wanted one that is unlike anyone else's. January 12, 2013
Responding to the reviews I haven't purchased these tags yet (hence the fair reasoning for 3 stars), but definitely WILL now simply because the reviews are so mixed. I have to see/feel/use for myself. I just want to say as the owner of my own small group travel business for women I do NOT recommend my travelers putting their detailed contact info on their luggage tags where exposed to all wandering eyes. A Sharpie as mentioned by others would work just fine to put ONLY a cell phone number and first name on the blank side of the tag. That is the only information the airline needs if your luggage is lost. Put your detailed contact information inside the luggage. January 10, 2013
You Can Add ID Info to Luggage Tags!! There are several negative comments about the inability of adding ID info to the luggage tags. Shutterfly does indeed provide you with the option of adding this info by adding a "Caption" at the bottom of your photo. Check it out - it works great. December 18, 2012
Great product Having traveled all over the world i love these tags. Yes there is no room for your id BUT i use it to easily identify my bag no matter how the tag is flipped. Perfect gift for someone traveling! December 11, 2012
Thought I haven't purchased this yet, but in reading the reviews, I have a suggestion. For those displeased with the lack of ID info on the back, you can simply create a caption on the front that can include enough characters to add name, address, city, state and zip. I love these! I don't understand all the negative reviews just because there is no clearly labelled ID area. The back is blank - I used a fine point Sharpie and wrote name, city/state and phone number. It stayed there my entire trip through 6 different flights. My only disappointment was that the photo side got some scratches during all the airline handling. But there's no way around that. I see the point of these tags to be a unique identifier that is fun and personal, and mission accomplished. We have two on our own luggage, I have gifted my mother with one that has a picture of her grandson and great-grandson on it, and now I am getting one for my daughter. December 2, 2012
Would buy again I bought 2 of these for my son's backpack and lunch bag when he was in daycare. I added his name to the picture in power point and saved as image. Worked fine for us. He really liked having his picture and his name on the tag. I thought it may have helped the teachers in identifying his bags; if you see the kid's picture on it, it is harder to confuse with another kid's stuff. November 28, 2012
Luggage tag Wow! I was surprised to see all the negative reviews! I have bought these many times as gifts for friends and I have several myself. I guess I knew that I was not intending them to be a total replacement for a luggage tag but rather an accessory. I put them on my handbags, tote bags and car travel luggage. Everything these days gets ruined by the airlines. They are a perfect little something to give after a group vacation,family or girlfriend get away! When I'm not using them I have them hung In my closest to always glance at and make me smile of fun times had. November 15, 2012
These Luggage Tags are BAD! Which makes me SAD! :( I gave this luggage tag product one star because the only thing good about it was the image on the tag! Everything else about it is BAD! Too big, too chunky, too heavy, and not able to print on the blank side (ie. address/phone# for your luggage) = BAD! I ordered 5 tags for our trip this summer - one tag broke a large chunk off the corner of the tag on the first trip!....and you would think that would be impossible considering how thick the tags are!!!! I will not buy this product again! The Luggage Tag product needs a total redo! November 12, 2012
Works Great! I'm a little confused by all of the negative reviews...I took a Sharpie and wrote my info on the back of the tag...it took all of 30 seconds. The info stayed on the tag and the tag stayed on the luggage. Works for me! November 11, 2012
Perfectly clear It states right on the item description that one side has photo and the other is blank. The point of these is to be able to quickly find your luggage by seeing the photo. October 24, 2012
Not Listening I thought this was great until I found out there is no ID. Why isn't Shutterfly listening? How many people have to say the same thing before some positive action is taken. I agree with everyone else - Shutterfly missed a sale here too. October 21, 2012
