LOVE Mug looks great! This is the second mug I've purchased from Shutterfly in recent years. Their designs keep getting cuter. Colors of the design are true to the photo online. The photos are clear and bright too. Haven't washed it more than a few times (by hand), but I am sure the colors will hold up through the dishwasher as they have with my other photo mugs. The mug has a glossy finish while the handle is more matte -- not sure why, but it doesn't bother me or look different. I'm not one for kitschy stuff, but I love my photo mugs. Definitely brightens my morning to enjoy my family photos first thing! January 28, 2013

issue with mug I ordered a black mug. The pictures came out great, but the top of the edge of the mug wasn't black- it looks like it wasn't glazed properly... It came in the mail very quickly though. January 26, 2013
