Picture Quality Whe I got the cup . I was not too happy, around it was not entirely all black. So one can tell where the images were placed. The pictures itself look very bad . It looks like they scanned my digital images on an old flat bed scanner and then placed my images on the mug. Will NOT order another cup from shutterfly. My wife did a cup somewhere else and the images came out a lot better looking than mine. February 8, 2013

photo mug I designed this mug as a gift for my son in the military. When he comes home on leave he and his dad usually go fishing. monogram black mug I love my mug. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was the message. I realize I wrote it, but when I put on the mug, "FAMILY", (top line), then wrote below that, "Best Way To Start My Day!!!", I forgot to put a space between "To Start", and they ran together. Wish Shutterfly would spell check, or review, send notification via email....or something to verify if spelling is correct. Otherwise, love my mug! January 26, 2013

Not the best quality. I was surprised how poorly this mug turned out after reading other people's happy reviews of this product. The pictures appeared more orange than they looked when I prepared the mug on Shutterfly. The monogram turned out smaller than I expected as well. My name on the bottom of the cup was so small, and the lettering so faint, you had to look up close to read it. I was disappointed. :( However, Shutterfly said I can keep the mug and still try another one for free. I don't have much hope that it will turn out any better, but I'll try a different style and see how it goes. January 25, 2013

Outstanding quality and SO easy to do! I was "wracking" my brain trying to come up with the perfect gift for my daughter to give to her 3 room mates in her group home, when I came upon your monogramed black mug.
