Awesome, simply. I ordered two of these. One for myself to give to my son once he gets older and one for my MIL for Mother's day. All I can say is that they were easy to "make" and they were simply perfect when I received them. The pictures were vivid and crystal clear while the lettering followed suit. review on monogram white mug i had recieved an email with a code for a free mug. with recent events in my life, i had let time slip by. i gave birth to a health baby boy in december and lost him in january. i only had him for a precious 4 weeks. so i called customer service and they gladly extended my offer for a free mug. i was able to personalize a mug of my deceased son with only the cost of shipping. once i received it in the mail i opened the package immediately. its just want i wanted, exactly the way i customized it online. and i am greatly appreciated for the extra help. White mug I have made a photo mug each year for the last 5 years featuring my grand kids. I love the fact that I have a permanent record of their smiling faces on a quality product. I love mugs I love the mugs on shutterfly!! I have bought 3 different mugs for my kids. I love them all but the last one I learned a trick. If you have a picture with a white back drop, choose a dark background for it. I put a picture of my daughter on it and her backdrop was white. So it washed her out. But no big deal, I just re did the background color a d used the other mugs for other areas around the house! Great product for gifts and enjoying memories with your morning coffee. January 25, 2013

The best! I am so pleased with not only my order, but also this website. I went to so many others before this and had no positive feedback whatsoever. On one website, I paid and expected to get my order shipped out soon. However, they emailed me a week after saying they couldn't process it for some reason. This website didn't do that at all. Can't Go Wrong These mugs are wonderful! I've only ordered the 15 oz. size, so this review is about that size. The photos are sharp, vibrant, and can be clearly seen, even by my 80-year old father. The mugs are not thin or cheap and have a quality feel to them. I ordered 10 mugs in one order and they arrived within a week, and looked exactly as I'd expected. I got them on sale and with free shipping, so the price was a more palatable than it would have been otherwise. A great gift. Everyone I've given them to has been thrilled! November 29, 2012
