Personalized Mug - Scratched Picture I have ordered mugs like this before and completely love the idea of having different themes for each mug. I was very happy with this mug - the only thing is that my picture had a scratch thru the faces when it arrived :( Pretty lame, but I did not have any issues with the mugs prior. March 18, 2013

surprise gift my friend loved her two new mugs - only problem was she had no idea who sent them - !!!!!!!!!!!! no gift card tab to check - no way to include who bought them in the package - she had no idea who the gift was from so I had to call her and ask her if she received a bright orange box. AWESOME! will be ordering more They are beautiful! I have had photo cups before but these are hands above the others. Only one problem be careful oprning the box they are packed thightly in styrofoam but no covering. By accident I put a scratch through one of the face because there was a break in the styrofoam.
